The official OST for Dekh Magar Pyaar Say hits across Pakistan!

Following up on the exclusive release of Dekh Magar Pyaar Say [#DMPS] Music video promos - Kala Doriya, Tasveer (Talal Qureshi Mix) and Kabhi Kabhion its official portals, the official OST of Dekh Magar Pyaar Say [#DMPS] was released on Tuesday 4th August 2015.

The introduction of the DMPS official OST was facilitated through an intimate media meet & greet at Imperial Cinema, Cinepax Fortress Square, Super Cinema Vogue Towers and Cinestar Township Lahore where the principal cast of Dekh Magar Pyaar Say [#DMPS] along withand artist SOCH the band and Asrar met with DMPS enthusiast and disseminated the official soundtrack; with award-winning actress and Pakistani silver screen luminary #HumaimaMalick and debutant actor #SikanderRizvi, grandson of the legendary Madam Noor Jehan and the brother of Pakistani actress Sonya Jehan in attendance, Both artistes spoke at length about their involvement in the project and unveiled the official OST through a LIVE performance by SOCH to esteemed members of the press and guests on the occasion. The meet was well attended and included appearances by celebrities such as singer Ali Zafar.






With leading filmmaker Asad-ul-Haq and Producer Ali Murtaza behind the artistic vision of the motion picture set to release on the festive 14th August 2015, the modern romantic comedy has roped in the iconic Saima Rashid Bargfrede as the motion picture’s Official Styling Partner along with Pakistan’s leading design house, HSY and fashion designer Hassan Sheheryar Yasin as the Creative and Fashion Design Director for #DMPS, a collaborative association which is unique to Pakistani cinema. The script for #DMPS has been penned by writer and journalist Saba Imtiaz, who recently released her debut novel, ‘Karachi, You’re Killing Me!’ with BAFTA winning Director of Photography, Nicholas D. Knowland [aka Nic Knowland] of Jinnah fame as the official DoP of the project. Mother’s Daycelebrations held at Fortress Square Mall

Fortress Square mall in Lahore celebrated Mother’s Day with thoughtful surprises on Sunday, May 10, 2015.Mothers visiting the mall received special treats in the form of customized cupcakes and competitions with the chance to win some great prizes. Mall staff were on the lookout for families over the Mother’s Day weekend, picking out lucky mothers and surprising them with special gifts.
A full-day long celebration of Motherhood with an array of activities focusing on moms just in time for Mother’s Day at Fortress Square included a Mother's love photo-booth, live singing and song dedication, musical chair competition for momsand delicious made-to-order Mother’s Day themed cakes.

Adnan Pardesy exhibitedhis latest collection “Labyrinth” at L’Atelier

After participating at Fashion Pakistan Week Autumn / Winter 2014, acclaimed couturier Adnan Pardesy exhibited his eponymous label’s latest collection “Labyrinth” at L’Atelier Lahore. The evening featured an engaging fashion presentation where models showcased ensembles from the Labyrinth collection.

“Labyrinth” featured well-structured tapered jackets, simple clean lines, graphic details, intricate hand embroidery with fabric manipulation and labyrinthine fabric twists and drapes. The collection is based on luxe fabrics including silks, crepes, chiffons, charmeuse silk and net.


For “Labyrinth”, Adnan Pardesy took inspiration from psychedelic patterns and weaves along with Japanese weave structures, Chinese floral patterns, forest abstracts, Kalamkaari, Japanese Geisha, Greek temple landscape imagery, African tribal motifs, stencil technique tattoos, contemporary art with abstract imagery and Islamic pattern compositions.

Fourth Consecutive PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week 2014

[Lahore: 19th September 2014] The Pakistan Fashion Design Council [PFDC] in collaboration with L’Oréal Paris, the world’s leading beauty brand, reveal the names of participating fashion designers along with information on their corporate synergies for PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week 2014 [#PLBW2014] being held in Lahore from 30th September to 02nd October 2014. The platform is set to define and present contemporary and traditional Pakistani Bridal fashion, make-up and hair trends, fusing to create the ‘look’ for the 2014 – 2015 bridal season.

Designers showcasing at PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week represent a diversity of aesthetics ranging from those steeped in tradition, design houses who focus on bridal fusion wear and those who are inspired by the more contemporary bride/groom. The 4th PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week also marks the exciting new addition of the Bank Al-Falah Rising Talent Show facilitated by the long-term Official PFDC Banking Partners, whose continued support to fashion has positively contributed to the development of Pakistan’s emerging design talent. Lala Textiles showcases‘Empowerment of Women’ at Aalishan Pakistan Lifestyle Exhibition 2014!
